A special home in a peaceful setting.

The Howland Farm spans over 200 acres of scenic upstate New York, conveniently nestled away in Newark Valley within an easy drive of Binghamton and Ithaca. Once an operational farm and private residence to the large Howland family, the home has been adapted to provide a quiet space for travelers.  Whether enjoying a longer visit or just passing through, guests find their time at the farm to have been a highlight of their trip. The house and spacious grounds also provide an excellent venue for gatherings such as family reunions, corporate retreats, graduation parties and weddings.
